“It’s on the strength of observation and reflection that one finds a way, so we must dig and delve unceasingly.”
Self-Awareness and Self-Acceptance Workshops:
Taking place in: Jan / Feb 2026 - limited spots available for maximum meaning!
These online workshops are an invitation to slow down, reflect, and understand your inner world with more clarity and kindness.
They are designed for people who want change, but notice that wanting is not always enough — and who are curious about what makes certain patterns persist, even with insight and motivation.
The work is grounded in contemporary psychology (including Acceptance & Commitment Therapy) and offered in a small, supportive group setting.
Who These Workshops Are For
These workshops may be a good fit if you:
Feel stuck in recurring inner or behavioral patterns
Notice that change feels difficult, even when you know what you want
Struggle with self-criticism, inner conflict, or discomfort with certain thoughts or feelings
Want to strengthen your ability to choose how you act, rather than react automatically
Prefer a reflective, psychologically grounded approach (rather than quick-fix solutions)
No previous therapy or coaching experience is required.
Workshop 1
Uncovering the Inner Block
Self-Awareness & Limiting Patterns
Why is it that we can clearly see what we want to change — and yet find ourselves repeating the same patterns?
In this workshop, we explore inner blocks: the beliefs, assumptions, and automatic responses that quietly shape how we think, feel, and act. These patterns are not personal failures; they are often learned responses that once served a purpose.
Through guided reflection and experiential exercises, you’ll learn to observe these patterns with curiosity, understand how they developed, and see how they influence your choices today.
In this workshop, you will:
Identify a recurring pattern or inner block in your life
Understand why certain patterns persist despite motivation
Develop greater awareness of your inner responses and habits
Leave with increased clarity and self-understanding
⏱ Duration: ~2–2.5 hours
💶 Price: €65
Workshop 2
Making Space for the Uncomfortable
Self-Acceptance, Inner Conflict & Choice
Many of us carry thoughts, emotions, or impulses that feel uncomfortable, shameful, or difficult to accept — such as anger, restlessness, jealousy, or desires that don’t fit our self-image.
In this workshop, we focus on self-acceptance — not as approval of all behaviors, but as the capacity to face inner experience honestly and without punishment. When we stop fighting what is inside us, we often regain freedom to choose how we act.
You’ll learn practical, psychologically grounded ways to relate differently to difficult inner experiences, so they have less power over your behavior.
In this workshop, you will:
Identify a part of yourself you find difficult to accept
Understand what this part may be trying to protect or signal
Reduce inner conflict and self-judgment
Strengthen your ability to act in line with your values, even when things feel uncomfortable inside
⏱ Duration: ~2–2.5 hours
💶 Price: €65
The Two-Workshop Series
From Awareness to Acceptance
The two workshops are designed to complement each other:
Workshop 1 focuses on understanding what inner patterns are shaping your life
Workshop 2 focuses on changing how you relate to the parts of yourself behind those patterns
Taken together, they offer a coherent journey from self-awareness to self-acceptance, creating a strong foundation for meaningful change.
💶 Bundle price: €100 for both workshops (you are saving €30)
